Some useful information for our guests:

• Arrival with your own caravan, camper or tent is possible from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 10.30 p.m. The pitch can be chosen by the guest but its availability must be confirmed by the management.
• Departures are between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. and in the case of a departure after 12.00 a.m. one extra day will be charged on the bill.
• The availability of booked lodgings is guaranteed from 5 p.m. We ask you to show us your booking confirmation on arrival. Lodgings must be left on departure day between 7.00 and 10.00 a.m.
• Reservations are possible for a minimum stay of seven nights and will be confirmed after the payment of 30% deposit.
• On arrival you will receive a copy of our camping rules and each guest will be given an identification bracelet which allows entrance to the campsite and to the beach. 
• Between 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 11.p.m. – 7.a.m. is rest time and motor vehicles are not allowed to move in the campsite. 
• Our night-watchman is on duty from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. 
• Tickets for bus and motorboat to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon are available at the reception. 
• Pets are not allowed in our lodgings or on the beach and must be taken off site to conduct their business.

  Cash desk: 8 a.m. – 12 a.m. and 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  We accept the following credit cards: CartaSi, MasterCard, Eurocard e VISA. No personal cheque is accepted.
