Maxi-Caravan Residence

Our maxi-caravans RESIDENCE are pretty lodgings made up of one double bedroom, bathroom (with shower-cubicle, W.C. and washbasin), fully equipped kitchenette (with gas-range, sink and fridge), with a bench and a table, that converts into another double bed.

Besides there is the living-room (furnished with two divan-beds), which can be divided from the kitchen-zone thanks to a sliding-door. Every maxi-caravan has got a covered terrace (with side-closures) and it is equipped with table and chairs. A car park is included in the price and it is situated near the lodging.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear User,

Pursuant to article 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Lgs. D. 196/03), listed below is the information about how your personal data will be processed by Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. in order to supply the services required. For further information and to exercise the rights acknowledged in article 7 of the Privacy Code (Leg. 1) The personal data supplied by you when requesting the services of Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. or provided later to the company in order to supply the services required, will be processed by the above mentioned company for communication purposes and/or to contact you.

The personal data supplied by the users will be processed by Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. using paper format or IT or telematic systems.

The contents of the data bank will not be disclosed to third parties but will be used by the people processing the data and employed in the offices of Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. for purposes such as customer care, debt collection and for legal purposes.

In compliance with the rules in force, pursuant to Lgs. D. 196/03 and subsequent amendments, the data regarding telematic information (data regarding log files) are kept for six (6) months for invoicing purposes and for payment purposes (for services that must be paid for), as listed in article 123 of the above mentioned Lgs. D. 196/03 and subsequent amendments. The above mentioned period begins on the payment date shown on the invoice. 

Your data is necessary for the purposes listed above. If no data is supplied or the data is incomplete or incorrect, you may not receive the services you request. 

2) with your consent (and until that consent is withdrawn), your personal data may be processed (directly or by third parties, via long-distance communication systems such as emails, telephone, faxes, automatic calling services without operators), for the purposes listed in point 1) and for other services (not strictly connected to supplying the services requested) such as the ones listed below. 

a) Employment by the associated hospitality resorts

b) To provide advertisements, information and commercial information via SMS, e-mail and/or telephone.

c) Direct and indirect sales (in different ways).

d) Interactive commercial communications

e) Customer satisfaction surveys regarding the quality of the supplied services (including surveys performed by third parties);

f) Advertisements regarding products and/or services provided by third parties

Consent for the purposes listed in point 2 is not compulsory. If you do not give your consent, Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. will process your data only for the purposes listed in point 1.
Processing for the purposes listed in points 1 and 2 can be performed using paper format and/or telematic and IT systems. In all cases the procedures will guarantee compliance with the rules in force.
Your personal data supplied to Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. will be processed by employees in the Customer Care, Commercial, Marketing, Invoicing and Technology departments. These employees work under the direct authority of the Data Supervisor and are the people in charge of the processing. They have been fully trained for their job.
Some of the personal data you supplied to Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. may be processed by the third parties (in Italy or abroad) that Campeggio San Marco Snc di Ballarin Giancarlo & C. employs to provide you with (all or part of) the services you requested. In this case those third parties will act as independent data controllers or will be designated as data supervisors or people in charge of the processing. The data supervisors or the people in charge will be provided with instructions, especially instructions regarding the enforcement of basic security measures, in order to ensure data security and confidentiality. The third parties that are likely to process your personal data are probably debt collection agencies, companies that process data to issue invoices, companies that print and post invoices to customers, consultancy firms, credit transferee companies, companies providing telemarketing services, call centres, franchisees, brokers and business agents.

3. The party concerned has the right to
a) Have the data updated, modified, and, if to his/her advantage, integrated with new data
b) Have the data deleted, transformed so that it becomes anonymous and to block the data if processing of his/her data is not necessary, including the cases in which data storage is not required for the purposes they were processed or collected for. 

c) the proof that the subjects, to whom the data was provided, have been informed of the operations listed in points a) and b) have been notified (including matters regarding the content of data), unless such notification is impossible or requires an effort that is clearly out of proportion with the right involved. 
4. The party concerned has the right to stop, totally or partially, 
a) The processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if such reasons are coherent with the purpose the data were collected for.
